Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA)
	MBDA and its nationwide network of minority business enterprise centers provide customized management and technical assistance, contract and procurement prospects, and business financing opportunities. MBDA leverages its strategic alliances with government agencies, financial institutions, and corporate America on behalf of minority entrepreneurs.
Veterans Business Development (OVBD)
	The Small Business Administration's OVBD is dedicated to serving the veteran entrepreneur by formulating, executing and promoting policies and programs of the agency that provides assistance to veterans seeking to start and develop small businesses.

Women-21.gov
	Provides a one-stop federal resource for targeted information, registration for online programs, and networking opportunities to help women entrepreneurs innovate and create jobs.

To begin the contracting process, follow these steps:

Contractor Registration: Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is the primary vendor database for the U.S. Federal Government, managed by the General Services Administration. Registration in CCR is required in order to be eligible for government contracts.

Step 3

Contract Alerts: FedBizOpps, managed by the General Services Administration, allows businesses to sign up for e-mail notification of open contracts related to specified fields. Commercial vendors can also search, monitor and retrieve opportunities solicited by the entire Federal contracting community.
